React to Fear: Political Participation to Counter Hate is part of a collective effort and ongoing discussion on migration, discrimination and civic and political participation. A practical guide designed by migrants to help address hate and division in everyday settings it recognises how fear can fuel hostility. The publication offers constructive ways to identify and respond to hateful attitudes and behavior. It emphasizes the significance of political participation as a means to mitigate the impact of hate and to promote more inclusive and cohesive communities. By encouraging all, migrants, communities and individuals, to move beyond silence and engage actively, the guide highlights the importance of everyday actions in shaping public spaces that are welcoming and respectful for all. The collective effort advocates for participation as a vital tool to build stronger, more inclusive environments where every  persons belongs freely and acts politically.
