The roundtable “Co-shaping Proposals for Integration, Health and Cohesion Policies” took place on 5 November 2024 at Karouzos Hall in the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce, bringing together experienced professionals from public authorities, civil society, local communities, and the private sector. Designed in response to the growing need for inclusive and equitable health policies—particularly for migrant women—the roundtable focused on collective consultation and dialogue around strengthening integration through accessible healthcare. Participants reflected on previous local initiatives, identified persistent gaps in service provision, and exchanged insights on current priorities and challenges faced by migrants in accessing health and social services. Special attention was given to the active involvement of migrant women in identifying needs and co-designing responses that reflect their lived experiences.
