A tailored 14-hour training program was designed to equip migrants and their organisations with the skills needed to actively engage in local integration strategies. The program focused on key areas such as effective communication, awareness of rights and equality, active citizenship, and capacity-building for migrant organisations in representation, management, funding, and participation in integration structures. Peer exchanges with partner organisations and migrant advisory councils enhanced the experience, fostering collaboration and mutual learning. This comprehensive training empowered participants to take an active role in local integration processes and advocate effectively for their communities.
