Symbiosis participated in the EU Youth Meeting that took place in Vienna, Austria, within the framework of the Butterfly Effect project. Discussions focused on crucial topics such as racism in schools and educational curricula, with participants sharing practices and strategies for positive change. As part of the EU Youth Meeting, a visit to the Museum of Wien was undertaken. The emphasis during this visit was on addressing discrimination, racism, and hate speech, fostering discussions on strategies for building an inclusive society. The experience successfully brought together diverse perspectives, highlighting the importance of respect and dialogue.

On the second day of the meeting, participants dedicated their efforts to crafting a joint social media campaign aimed at countering hate speech and hate crimes. By improving understanding of the different and often interconnected aspects of these phenomena and developing practical steps to address them, the campaign seeks to raise awareness and foster a culture of respect and solidarity, empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and tools.
